The Network connects to the desktops of real estate appraisers in every county of every state.   In the past 12 months, the XSites Network routed more than 17.5 million appraisal reports.  Lenders and management companies connected to the network through web services are able to search for and locate an appraiser in any county of the U.S. plus Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, view their fee schedule, coverage areas, qualifications, certifications and insurance.

Orders flow directly from your solution to the appraiser.  Loan officers and processors are then kept in the loop with real-time appraisal status updates delivered directly to their desktop.  When the appraisal is complete, it's automatically checked against your custom guidelines.  You can even set it up to prevent report delivery if certain guidelines aren't met — saving your loan officers and processors from costly delays.  After review, the appraisal report is delivered in XML format to let you automatically populate the loan file and make instant funding decisions.

	Search for an appraiser that meets your needs via XML messaging or select the appraiser on your system before sending the order
	Post orders in XML format to the XSites Network web service

XSites Order Manager connects you directly to your appraisers

Fully integrated with their Appraiser XSite, this is where your appraisers manage electronic orders, update status, run custom review rules, and deliver completed reports as PDF files as well as XML tracking data.  We bundle the files you want and send them to your system via HTTP, SMTP, or FTP.  You can even present the appraiser with a custom invoice in the plug-in that is delivered to you as a separate PDF.

Your existing fee panel can easily adopt the solution regardless of the form filling software your appraisers choose to use.  With more than 19,000 appraisers using XSite Order Manager, chances are most of your fee panel is already enabled.  Once the integration is complete, your appraiser using XSite Order Manager will automatically be connected to you at no additional cost.  To get the remaining members of your fee panel, we routinely offer discounts to get appraisers signed up.
